Original formulations recorded in July 2022 as the initial resonance of tÅs was being drawn into form. These writings hold the primary frequency of the work.
Somewhere along the way in our human experience, imagination and creativity were unjustly dislocated from each other.
Creativity became a career as directed by the flows of architectural, artistic, and commercial trend.
While imagination was left wondering why it had been left out of the creative processes. That wondering led to a wandering of the mind - aimlessly - because what is imagination without creativity? Creativity aimed at an imagined destination… now that is the magic we see before us.
Creativity without the balance of imagination can create into infinity; yet only into the void of the mind. Imagination without the aim of creation through a creator - say for example, you or I - infinitizes the loop of imagining.
At THE ÅLÏEN SCÕÖL we re-Lasso creativity to the imagination - angling your insights upwards towards optimism, towards better thoughts about your ideas for a better now and a better you.
